Or I will use green alcohol in my bath water.I gave up on having pretty toes But ,still try I use a foot scrubber every night .it also takes away the calluses on youtlr toes.Being under the hot lights dancing gets sweaty.Bring a hair dryer and dry shampoo.Bring deodorant. The hand callsues are something tjat just happens and you need them for the pole do not try to scrub them off.I find I also end up shaking my ass in public, half the time I do not even realize im doing it.When I first started dancing I was out with my boyfriend my boob was itchy so I pulled it out and itched it.Smdh he said what are you doing I said it itched then realized what I did was not considered appropriate in public .I had gotten so used to being topless it didn't occur to me.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06936069101456157092noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4064027486535175574.post-20058472976400422512017-02-07T01:17:05.037-08:002017-02-07T01:17:05.037-08:00Get some coconut oil and use that as a lotion.Afte...Get some coconut oil and use that as a lotion. After you shower at home leave it on overnight.Your skin will start moisturizing. Hyperhydrosis can be developed for different reasons....mine was stress. Why? because I will compite in my country for miss poledance, isnĀ“t that IRONIC? Well, it is easy to solve the problem, a 20% aluminium solution for 5 to 7 days. As a result, I sometimes see myself spreading dry hands all over my body and no matter how much you bathed in the sun during the day you can NOT moisturize your skin after the shower if you have a pole performance otherwise you can actually get hurt (I almost fell twice because of that!)
